Cancellation Policy
Focus and Flourish provides quality, practical programs with limited availability in order to provide close contact with each attendee. Each programme requires extensive preparation and these programmes are based on the number of attendees. Time and money are committed on your behalf in order to be prepared and organized for the workshops. For these reasons our cancellation policy offers the following options:
If for any reason, you can not attend the workshop, you may find someone else to attend in your place. The financial arrangements will be between yourself and the new attendee. Please notify Dr. Sylvestre, or her office, by phone (519-826-9555) of that person's name and contact information.
All cancellation must be by verbal and fax confirmation. E-mail, fax only and voice mail correspondence are not considered appropriate cancellation notice. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which Focus and Flourish receives verbal notification.
Should you not contact Focus and Flourish by phone and fax of any changes and not "show up" to the workshop, there will be no refund and no credits.
Our programme cancellation policy is as follows:
- 0-14 days prior to the workshop No refund or credit
- 15-30 days prior to the workshop Credit or refund less 40% of tuition
- 31-60 days prior to the workshop Credit or refund less 30% of tuition
- 61-120 days prior to the workshop Credit or refund less 20% of tuition
- 121+ days prior to the workshop Credit or refund less 10% of tuition
NOTE: Course credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation, regardless of whether the course originally registered for is offered again within this time period. Course credits can be applied towards other courses offered within that time period.
All pricing on courses is for "tuition" only. All food, travel and accommodations are not included in the workshop price unless specifically stated in writing by Focus and Flourish.
